VeriEZ Introduces Industry’s First OpenVera® Productivity Tool Suite
EZVerify TO DEBUT AT DAC 2003

 SANTA CLARA, CA --May 22, 2003-- VeriEZ Solutions, Inc., the Verification Tools Company, today announced the release of EZVerify, a high-performance Productivity Tool Suite for OpenVera.

EZVerify enables efficient verification by i) identifying OpenVera coding errors ii) allowing creation and automation of OpenVera coding policies and iii) facilitating verification reuse by providing in-depth information about input modules (new/legacy or verification IP). EZVerify consists of three components – EZCheck (Static Linter),  EZApi (Custom Rule Builder) and EZReport (Verification Knowledge Extractor). “OpenVera is used by engineers worldwide to verify complex systems,” said Sashi Obilisetty, President and CEO of VeriEZ Solutions. “The time is right for EZVerify, which allows OpenVera-based teams to verify faster. EZVerify Components
Each of EZVerify’s three components solves an important problem. EZCheck uses powerful technology to identify verification errors early in the flow, saving on time-consuming simulation runs. It can detect serious errors such as incompletely assigned function outputs and thread-dependent code. EZCheck’s 200+ predefined rules can fully automate standard OpenVera coding policies. EZApi allows users to build custom rules that can be used with EZCheck. EZReport provides a top-down view of OpenVera modules by extracting key verification data that is useful in making reuse decisions.
 

Pricing and Availability
EZVerify is in Beta testing with customers. General availability is planned for calendar Q3, 2003. Pricing begins at $15,000 U.S for a one-year technology subscription license. EZVerify demonstrations can be viewed in VeriEZ’s booth at DAC (June 2-6, Anaheim).
